EVOLOOP is an activation, presence and protection sensor designed specifically for automatic barriers. It uses MoWa‑based FMCW technology to measure distance and speed, classifying people and all types of vehicles—moving or standing still. Thanks to its 140° field of view, the sensor can create up to three configurable virtual loops, each tailored to your application. These loops not only control barrier opening and closing, but can also trigger integrated ticketing and licence‑plate recognition systems.
Installation is straightforward: mount the sensor, plug it in and launch a teach‑in for an installer‑friendly, clean and time‑saving setup. The companion mobile app allows you to configure two pre‑set loops quickly and, if needed, adjust up to three loops independently—selecting loop type, target type and direction to filter cross‑traffic. EVOLOOP adapts to all barrier applications, from paid parking to collision prevention, and works on barriers of any length, including those with skirts or hinged supports. Designed for all‑weather use, its virtual loops remain reliable in fog, heavy rain, frost or snow.
