Our role is to connect you with skilled technicians who work with our products every day and have access to genuine replacement parts.

Yes. Aero NZ coordinates electric gate repairs nationwide through our trusted dealer network. Tell us what’s happened and where your gate is located, and we’ll organise for a local installer to get in touch. They’ll assess the fault on site and either repair the system or recommend appropriate replacement options.

Gate motors of all brands need some TLC from time to time, and our network can generally assist regardless of make. If your motor is a Centurion or FAAC, you’re in particularly good hands, because we hold many of the small internal parts, allowing installers to repair individual components instead of replacing the entire unit.

If your gate has been hit, refuses to move, trips power, shows visible damage or continues to fault after basic cleaning, it’s best treated as a repair job. A technician can still service the system at the same time, but they’ll focus on identifying specific failed parts, mechanical damage or wiring issues that need fixing.

It depends on the fault, but for Centurion and FAAC motors we hold many internal components such as control boards, gears and covers. Often an installer can replace a single worn or damaged part and restore full operation. Where a motor is old or badly damaged, your technician will discuss when a full replacement is more economical.

Use the repairs page form to describe the problem in as much detail as possible – any noises, lights, beeping or recent events like a vehicle strike. Include your address and contact details. We’ll forward this to a suitable local dealer who will contact you directly with repair options and pricing.
